MAA Worldwide GLOBES

MAA Worldwide champions the highest standards of excellence and recognition in the marketing communications industry via the highly successful MAA Worldwide Recognition Programme.  Established in 1985, the GLOBES have become the industry's leading international recognition benchmark for the World's most outstanding marketing campaigns.  It is the only competition of its kind and truly represents the very Best of the Best in Promotion Marketing.

MAA Worldwide GLOBES programme works with Association & Media Partners representing 28 Countries across North & South America, Europe, The Middle East, Asia and Australia/New Zealand.  Only Gold, Silver or Bronze Winners of Country or Regional Award Programmes, endorsed by MAA Worldwide, are eligible to enter the MAA Worldwide GLOBES Programme.  The only exception is Israel, where the MAA Worldwide Programme manages as the Israeli GLOBES Award Programme.

Each year approximately 400 winning campaigns in 16 Entry Categories are evaluated against four performance criteria by a distinguished panel of international judges recruited from senior-level marketing professionals who represent client companies, agencies and the media from around the world.

The deadline for entries for the 2011 GLOBES Programme is 30 June 2011.  Judging takes place mid July, and the winners will be announced during the MAA Worldwide Fall Conference at the Copacabana Palace, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in October 2011.

If a Company wishes to enter the MAA Worldwide GLOBES and there is no national Recognition Programme operating in that Country, the Company may enter as an individual.  Please contact keith.mccracken@maaw.org for details.
